March 8 & 29, 2024 - Nature Rx and SEAS Wellness Workshops

On March 8th and March 29th at 1:00, Nature Rx led the School for Environment and Sustainability on a wellness journey through the Nichols Arboretum. The goal was to engage SEAS students with practices of outside wellness to beat the winter blues and unplug from the stress of the winter semester.
